Meet our team:

Nick Valdez brings over a decade of experience in construction and pool repair. After working with his father and then gaining expertise at a large pool repair company, Nick realized there was room for higher standards in customer service and workmanship. He was inspired to create a company that truly prioritizes clients. 

Nick and his wife Allison founded Aqua Res-Q, providing professional pool repair, resurfacing, and remodeling services across Central Florida. Nick enjoys family time with his wife Allison, son Nico, and daughter Sienna, as well as golfing, skiing, the beach, and fitness.

Nathan Valdez, Nick’s twin brother, heads up our precision pool leak detection division. A Navy Corpsman veteran, Nathan brings technical expertise and meticulous attention to every project. He enjoys spending time with his son Dominic and wife Daniela as well as golfing, and working out. Nathan’s leadership ensures that Aqua Res-Q delivers reliable pool leak detection and 

repair services every time.
