RETURN WALL AQUASEAL

Our team will carefully cut and remove the concrete or pool surface surrounding the return lines to ensure full access. The old return fitting is removed and replaced with a brand-new, high-quality fitting. Once the installation is complete, hydraulic concrete is applied to seal the area, followed by resurfacing for a clean, durable finish.

SKIMMER REPLACEMENT

For skimmer replacements, the pool is drained approximately 6 inches below the skimmer throat. Our team cuts a small square in the pool decking around the skimmer cap and removes the surrounding concrete with precision tools. The old skimmer is then cut out and replaced with a new Hayward skimmer that is fully re-plumbed and pressure tested. After testing, the area is backfilled and patched with new concrete.

LIGHT NICHE AQUASEAL

To repair or seal a light niche, technicians cut and remove the surrounding pool surface until the niche is fully exposed. After proper preparation, hydraulic concrete is applied and a fresh surface is added. A slight color difference may be visible initially; over time, the new surface will naturally blend as it’s exposed to pool water and chemicals.

STAPLE REPAIR

For structural pool crack repairs, the pool is drained 6 inches below the crack line to create proper repair conditions. The damaged area of the pool shell is cut, cleaned, and prepared. Fiberglass staples are installed every 12 inches along the crack line, and hydraulic cement is applied to reseal and strengthen the shell. A matching pool finish is then applied; however, the new surface may appear brighter until it naturally ages.
